WHAT TO EXPECT
Tantric- tao bodywork therapy combines the use of bodywork, deep tissue massage techniques, mindfulness, energy work, breath work and life pulse massage. This work helps clients to step away from the verbal story of their trauma, and come gently toward the present moment through bodily sensation in a safe and nurturing environment. The discovery that body sensations are signals from the subconscious, and not innately good or bad, can be life-changing for those who had previously become shut-down or highly activated in response to their bodily cues. Through deep bodywork techniques it is possible for clients to re-negotiate implicit memories and release them.

Client Responsibilities
To help create a safe, respectful, and transformative experience, I kindly ask that you take full responsibility for your role in this process:
- Informed Consent
You agree to participate in the session voluntarily and with full understanding of its therapeutic nature. You understand this work is non-sexual, though it may involve intimate areas of the body if you choose. - Honest Communication
You will communicate your boundaries clearly—verbally or with agreed-upon signals—if you feel uncomfortable at any time. You understand you may pause or end the session at your discretion. - Emotional Readiness
You are aware that this work may bring up strong emotional responses or memories, especially if past trauma is present. You agree to take responsibility for your emotional well-being and seek additional professional support if needed. - Health and Substance Use
You confirm that you will not consume alcohol or recreational drugs before the session. If you are taking prescribed medication or have a diagnosed physical or mental health condition, please disclose this prior to the session. - Respect for the Sacred Nature of the Work
You will enter the session with respect, presence, and care. Any sexualised behaviour, language, or attempts to cross boundaries will result in the immediate termination of the session.
03
Post-Session Aftercare guidance
The healing process continues well after the session ends. To support integration, I recommend the following:
- Hydrate and Rest
Drink plenty of water and allow yourself time to rest. The body processes energetic and emotional shifts best when it’s nourished and not overstimulated. - Be Gentle with Yourself
Emotional sensitivity, vulnerability, or even fatigue are completely normal. Allow space to feel without judgement. - Integration Time
Integration may take 1–3 days or longer. Avoid rushing into high-energy environments or emotionally intense situations immediately afterward. - Avoid Overstimulating Activities
Try to avoid alcohol, sexual activity, or emotionally charged media in the 24–48 hours after your session to preserve the energy you've cultivated. - Support Available
I will check in with you via text or email within a day or two. If anything arises—emotionally or physically—you are welcome to reach out for support. A brief follow-up phone call or message exchange can be arranged if needed. - Journaling or Nature Time
Journaling, mindful walks, or simply sitting with your breath can help your body and mind process the experience.
Remember:
Healing is a process, not a performance. You are not expected to "feel a certain way" or reach a specific goal. Each session will meet you exactly where you are.

Frequently Asked Questions & Boundaries
Some clients ask about the nature of the session, so I want to offer some clarity:
- I remain clothed during the session.
- The massage involves one-way conscious touch only.
- If you book a 6-hour session, we may incorporate guided mutual touch in the **Heart & Soul Connection Ritual**, with clear boundaries and intention.
Please understand that the following are **not part of the session**:
- Ejaculation
- Masturbation
- Body-to-body massage
- Physical interaction with me during the massage
Rather than seeing these as limitations, I encourage you to view them as 'gateways'—they protect the sacred space we create together and support a deeper, more soulful and heart-opening experience. This work is about returning to presence, feeling, and love—bringing your awareness back into your body and out of the mind's habitual patterns.

INTIMACY
Exploring boundaries through touch helps clients learn to soften their emotional and physical defences to find safety and deeper connection within. This opens new possibilities for self-advocacy and intimacy, and experiencing both interpersonal relationships & relationships with the inner being, more authentically.
De-armouring techniques further aid the release tensions and stresses from the body. Once the underlying tensions start to flow from the body, positive life force energy can flow more freely, allowing the body to experience more positivity and bliss.
