Nonsexual Cuddle & Touch Therapy

WHO IS IT FOR?

Cuddle and conscious touch therapy is for anybody who needs to nourish their sense of touch and other basic needs like belonging, acceptance, and who have been struggling with their self-worth, anxiety and fear of connection.  Sometimes a tantric session can be too overwhelming for a person who doesn't feel safe in the presence of another and the environment. He or She usually feels too much or does not feel anything in response to a thought of becoming intimate with another human. I hope these sessions will help you, in a safe way, to touch and break through some emotional barriers or stretch some boundaries that were there for you for a good reason but now they don't serve you anymore.  This can happen through positive experiences which have a power to reprogram your cellular memory so you can live more spaciously and be re-open to life.

This is a holistic and deeply healing therapy through nonsexual physical intimacy. It is a fully clothed session and the contact is platonic. Cuddling sessions can include talking, eye gazing, hugging, holding hands, stroking, and lots of different cuddling positions.

I would also recommend cuddle sessions to men who need to control their lives so much that it affects their sexual performance and energy flow, and find themselves in a constant performance anxiety mode.  Sessions can help with letting go of 'the doer' and relaxing into just 'being', when the body, heart and mind are more in sync,  with a feeling  you have arrived at 'home'.  

To men who aspire to become wonderful lovers, cuddle sessions will help to simply slow down, and focus on your own feelings and sensations, moment by moment,  instead of performance focused intimacy when your attention goes outside of your self .  You will practise to be more receptive to energy flow. I am not teaching you any skills as a 'giver'. This work is simply to help you surrender the conditioned mind that cannot rest.

£100 / £150 for 1  hour in S Wales / London
